As a Customer Service Assistant I, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve their inquiries and introducing them to our extensive range of innovative products and services. This role is pivotal in sustaining our reputation as a leader in the community banking sector in Maine. Greet and assist clients in person and via telephone, addressing their queries and directing them to appropriate banking channels. Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.) accurately and efficiently with adherence to established policies and regulations. Assist clients in using digital and online banking platforms, escalating technical issues to IT support when necessary. Identify and promote Partners Bank's products and services that meet customers' needs. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of customer information, in compliance with federal and state regulations. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with banking trends and services.
