Job Description
Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing-Accounting Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our finance department, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of accounting-related tasks with a specific focus on billing operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in helping manage financial records and reports, facilitating smooth financial operations that align with our commitment to providing exceptional vacation experiences along the Gulf Coast. Manage and oversee daily billing processes, including invoice generation, account reconciliations, and processing of payments. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Coordinate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations. Implement and maintain systems for effective financial management and control. Address client inquiries regarding billing issues and provide outstanding customer service. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
