Branch Manager

An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead the daily operations and overall performance of a regional branch. The ideal candidate will have strong operational management, leadership, and business development experience within a technical or engineering environment. Experience in the mining industry will be a distinct advantage. Duties & Responsibilities Manage and oversee all branch operations, including sales, administration, warehousing, and technical functions. Achieve revenue, profit, and performance targets through effective planning and execution. Develop and implement business strategies to enhance branch efficiency and profitability. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve individual and branch objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Oversee stock control, logistics, and asset management. Analyse financial reports and provide regular feedback on performance indicators. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and operational improvement. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric (essential). Diploma or Degree in Business Management , Operations Management , or a Technical Field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years experience in a Branch Manager , Operations Manager , or Area Manager role within a technical, engineering, or service-based environment. Mining industry experience is highly advantageous. Proven leadership and team management experience. Sound financial understanding (budgeting, cost control, forecasting). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus and results-driven approach. Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel.
