Responsibilities Develop, execute and lead the legal strategy and governance across the organization, with a specialized focus on digital assets. Draft and review policies, disclosures, and agreements to ensure regulatory compliance and establish internal governance policies and legal programs. Build scalable and effective legal processes for digital asset offerings, tokenization, custody, and trading platforms in alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks. Advise on and support business-critical matters including licensing, partnership, fundraising and investment activities. Build and manage a high-performing legal team across jurisdictions while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and legal excellence. Qualifications LL.B from a reputable institution Min. 15 years PQE, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within fintech or financial services. Proven expertise in financial services regulatory, capital markets, digital assets, corporate finance or investment fund-related work. Fluent in Business Mandarin both speaking and writing due to Greater China coverage from Singapore. Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
