Represent property owners, developers, contractors, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of zoning, planning and land use matters. Knowledge of New Jersey State, city and local land use and zoning rules and regulations. Obtain zoning changes, special permits, variances, and tax abatements including site plan approval, variances and redevelopment. NJ Bar admission required. Salary based upon experience.
