Job Description Job Description salary: $100k-$150k Primary Responsibilities Promote a Safety-First Culture: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards to consistently meet customer expectations. Drive Operational Excellence: Lead strategic initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Efficiency, and Employee Development. Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively address trends to optimize outcomes. Cultivate GMP Compliance: Foster a workplace culture rooted in safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Oversee Engineering Services: Manage the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of machinery, equipment, and facilities. Develop Maintenance Strategies: Implement comprehensive plans including: Root cause analysis and corrective actions Equipment capacity and risk assessments Engineering solutions to boost reliability Advance Maintenance Programs: Lead preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance efforts. Failure Investigation: Identify recurring issues, determine root causes, and quantify associated costs. Technology & Tooling: Recommend and procure tools and technologies to improve maintenance efficiency and reliability. Training & Development: Lead technician training programs, ensuring access to SOPs, work instructions, specialized tools, and updated PM kits. Scheduling & Prioritization: Manage short- and long-term maintenance schedules and task prioritization. Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that enhance operational performance and efficiency. Equipment Evaluation: Support operational goals through the assessment, installation, and testing of new equipment. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure maintenance practices align with health and safety standards. Team Leadership: Guide teams in problem-solving, resource allocation, and strategic adjustments. Cost Optimization: Balance cost-efficiency with high-quality standards. Strategic Contribution: Participate in long-term planning and promote industry best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate departmental goals and influence stakeholders across functions.
