Internal Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Receive and process orders via phone, email, or sales representatives Coordinate with stock control and procurement to ensure order fulfilment Manage dispatch operations, including driver coordination and courier bookings Oversee collections, receiving, and credit requests Ensure compliance with all internal procedures across sales, dispatch, and accounts Provide sales support by preparing quotes and promotional materials Requirements: Strong communication and organisational skills Proven experience in internal sales or a similar role Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
