Electrical Apprentice

Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our team for a ground-up new Target Grocery Store project in Fort Myers, FL . The ideal candidates will have some experience or training in electrical work and a strong desire to grow in the commercial construction field. This position offers the opportunity to learn from experienced Journeyman and Foremen while contributing to a high-quality, safety-focused project. Responsibilities Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation of lighting, outlets, switches, and wiring systems. Help with wire pulling, conduit bending, and cable terminations under supervision. Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in a clean and organized manner. Support setup and cleanup of the jobsite daily. Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures at all times. Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical drawings. Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support project completion. Qualifications 0–2 years of electrical or construction experience (training or trade school preferred). Basic understanding of electrical tools and materials. Willingness to learn and follow directions. Must have reliable transportation, basic hand tools, and PPE . Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.
