Construction Superintendent

Job Description Job Description We’re hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee active projects in Plantersville, TX. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and job site operations from start to finish. Experience with surveying and bilingual communication is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction site operations and ensure work quality and safety. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Conduct site surveys and interpret blueprints and technical plans. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients. Enforce compliance with all safety and building standards. Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in construction management. Hands-on experience with surveying and site layout preferred. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Position Details: Schedule: Full-time Pay: $70,000–$90,000/year (DOE) Location: Plantersville, TX
