Rural Surveyor - Northern Consultancy Team | Newcastle/Carlisle/York We're working with a leading rural consultancy team who are expanding their Northern division. They're on the lookout for a qualified MRICS surveyor with valuation experience and a flair for consultancy work across Yorkshire, Cumbria and the North East. What you'll be doing: Red Book valuations for loan security, tax, probate and estate planning Landlord & tenant consultancy across rural, commercial and residential assets Winning new instructions from banks, solicitors, accountants and private clients Applying basic tax law and handling negotiations with confidence What they're looking for: MRICS qualified & RICS registered valuer Strong analytical and technical skills High-quality written reporting and attention to detail Curious mindset and a drive to push boundaries Full UK driving licence Team & culture: You'll join a young, dynamic team spread across York, Newcastle and Carlisle, backed by a wider rural network of 30 offices nationwide.
