PRIVATE CHEF RIYADH Essential Requirements: Previous 5* deluxe hotel or Private House experience, Extensive Emirati and Middle Eastern repertoire of cuisine and top knowledge of kitchen management An experienced, flexible and talented chef is required for all female household based in Riyadh to provide fresh, nutritious and seasonal food. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare daily meals for the principal and staff ensuring a balance of healthy, light dishes as well as comfort foods (e.g., wraps, salads, burgers, fries). · Follow weekly menus for the staff and adapt menus for the principal, especially when entertaining guests. · Provide buffet and family-style meals. · Maintain full responsibility for kitchen hygiene, food safety, and storage. · Manage provisions for the staff (provisions for the principal are sourced separately) · Work within a set budget for ingredients. Essential Requirements: · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or private household. · Strong knowledge of European and American cuisine; familiarity with Middle Eastern dishes is an advantage (but not essential). · Skills in baking cakes and desserts. · Excellent kitchen management and organizational abilities. · Understanding of Middle Eastern traditions and respect for cultural sensitivities. · Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced household. · Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and high standards of professionalism. · Food hygiene and safety certification preferred. · Fluent English required. Salary will be negotiable depending on experience. Six-day week with one month vacation a year and a return ticket to your home country. Accommodation and meals provided.
