F&B Hostess - Dubai

Large, luxury Hotel in Dubai is looking for a F&B Hostess. The suitable candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, managing seating and ensuring a positive first impression. Their role is crucial for organizing the outlet flow , from seating guests and managing waitlists to coordinating with FOH staff to maintain smooth and efficient service. Duties: Greeting & seating guests Passing out menus Taking phone calls Maintaining a waitlist Directing customers to coatrooms, restrooms or a waiting area Relaying orders to the kitchen Notifying supervisors of large parties Distributing reservations among waiter stations Advising waiters of special requests Requirements: Grade 12 A formal qualification will be an advantage Experience in luxury high end hotels / restaurants essential On-the-job training and experience in a large, busy property, hotel / restaurant. Computer literate Package on offer: Basic: AED 2000/ USD 544 Service charge: up to AED 1,000/ USD 272 Other benefits provided: Accommodation, medical insurance, transportation, meals on duty, leave ticket & on boarding ticket
