We’re seeking a confident and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the leadership of our vibrant dining outlets and banqueting operations. About the Role As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the daily floor operations, ensuring each guest enjoys seamless, attentive, and memorable service. You’ll support the Restaurant and Bar Managers in supervising shifts, coordinating teams, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality across all outlets. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations across restaurants, bars, and banqueting venues Lead and motivate service teams to deliver professional, efficient, and warm guest interactions Ensure adherence to service standards, hygiene protocols, and brand expectations Oversee shift planning, staff briefings, and daily floor checks Assist in training and developing team members to achieve operational excellence Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally Support stock control, cash-up procedures, and daily reporting Experience & Requirements Minimum 2–3 years’ Food & Beverage experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or fine-dining environment At least 2 years in a supervisory role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest service Knowledge of POS and inventory systems (Micros, GAAP, etc.) Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Hospitality qualification advantageous
