Candidate Profile - Matric qualified - Holds a valid Drivers License - Has 35 years experience as a Sales Representative within the Mining industry - Service-oriented, detail-driven, and strong under pressure - A confident communicator with a proactive attitude - Technically inclined with solid mechanical knowledge - Organised, computer-literate, and self-motivated - Honest, reliable, and solutions-focused - Able to work independently and manage client relationships effectively Key Responsibilities - Develop new business opportunities within target industries - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients - Prepare and manage quotations via CRM system - Oversee stock orders, deliveries, and branch logistics - Supervise and support the branch assistant - Track projects and parts from order to delivery - Achieve sales and branch performance targets - Represent the company professionally across the region Salary & Benefits - Basic Salary: R55 000 - Car Allowance: R10 000 - Commission: 10% on gross profit (GP) once sales exceed your cost to company (CTC). Paid one month in arrears. - 13th Cheque: Payable annually on a pro rata basis if not employed for a full calendar year. - Company Benefits: Company cell phone (for business use) Company laptop Fuel card for business-related travel - Retirement Annuity: After 3 months, company contribution of approximately R2 000 per month to Liberty RA policy, with option for personal contributions.
