is seeking a skilled and passionate () to join a dynamic kitchen team at a farm-to-table style restaurant & deli based in Cape Town. The role requires someone with excellent culinary knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a specific kitchen section. We are looking for someone who’s confident on the grill, with a solid understanding of meat preparation, an appreciation for seasonal, local ingredients and the farm-to-table philosophy. Requirements: Culinary Qualification from a reputable institution Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a high-end or farm-to-table restaurant. Strong culinary background with knowledge of premium meats, fresh produce, and seasonal menu planning. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. A team player with leadership abilities to train and motivate junior staff. Strong understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
