Maintenance Manager I Zambia

is looking for a to join a luxury, safari lodge in Zambia. This exclusive 5-star property is known for delivering exceptional guest experiences in an unforgettable natural setting. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, solutions-driven individual with strong mechanical and technical expertise, capable of working independently in a challenging remote environment. A passion for hospitality, flexibility to assist across departments, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented culture are essential. Requirements · Certified qualifications in mechanics, electrical, and/or plumbing (mandatory). · High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office; familiarity with systems architecture is an advantage. · Fluent in English; second or third languages are a plus. · Proven mechanical expertise; additional experience in building work and systems maintenance is advantageous. · Manage a fleet of vehicles and boats to ensure safety, reliability, and guest-readiness. · Maintain and coordinate servicing of power systems, two generators and a solar farm · Develop and implement effective SOPs and operational systems to ensure accountability and streamline maintenance functions. · Support front-of-house teams during peak periods or emergencies, including guest interaction and hospitality assistance. – 1st of February 2026 at the latest – On application – live in benefits ➡️ : Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who apply via email and have the background and experience required.
