Food & Beverage Manager – Johannesburg A 5* city hotel with 4 F&B outlets seeks a highly experienced F&B manager from 5* hotels that matches the following specifications:- • Hospitality Qualification • Minimum 4 Years experience as F&B manager in a 4 or 5* city / brand hotel with over 150 rooms • Polished and confident manager who can lead a team from the front • Strong on both food and beverage • Stable Track record – no Job Hoppers will be considered • Own transport Applicants who do not have the specific experience list above, will not be contacted or corresponded with.
