Turbine Plant - Mechanical

Minimum requirements: Oversee turbine overhauls, repairs, and condition monitoring Conduct vibration analysis, balancing, and alignment of rotating machinery Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Manage mechanical integrity and energy efficiency projects Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, ASME) Degree in Mechanical Engineering 5 years post ECSA registered SAQA verified qualifications 10 years in turbine operation, maintenance, or project environments Background in power generation or large mechanical plant environments Advanced knowledge of turbines, compressors, and rotating equipment Strong project management and analytical abilities. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
