Installation Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Lead Install Technician to join our team in Bensalem, PA. As a Lead Install Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various systems and equipment, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Overview: Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation Provide training and guidance to junior technicians Maintain accurate records of project details and progress Responsibilities: Lead installation projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with project managers and clients to determine project requirements Supervise and train junior technicians on proper installation techniques Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installation Maintain accurate records of project details and progress Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in installation and maintenance of systems and equipment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
