Indoor Playground Customer Associate Coach

Job Description Job Description Our outstanding team of committed Coaches are the key component to make our gyms success. Supervision to young children, 2 and up with We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym is provided during Break time, Camp, Parties and Open play . Our coaches will use our Mind Body Software , have full knowledge of all services and prices, and understand each piece of equipment in the gym and know what to recommend when seeing a child having difficulty. Part time positions require availability to work on the weekends. Our business hours are 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday. Requirements · Enthusiasm to work with All children, with All abilities · (We are here to train you if we feel you will be great in the position) · Previous experiences working with children (preferable children with special needs and without) · High School diploma or enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year · Pre-Employment Screening (Background check), CPR Certification or willingness to attend a certification class Additional Information · Must supervise children’s activities at all times (For Break Time/Camps/Open Play/Parties) · Perform housework related to child care, including cleaning up after meals in the party room, tidying play areas, and taking out the trash, wiping down counter tops and vacuuming, etc. · Part time positions require availability on weekends · Schedules may change frequently to meet the needs of our customers · Coaches may work with children with aggressive behaviors, such as biting, scratching, pulling hair, hitting, and/or kicking. We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym will provide training as need be to manage challenging behaviors · Coaches must sign Employment Confidentiality Agreement upon employment
