Job Description Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Perform professional Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning services for Residential and Commercial Clients CaddyVac Cleaning System. Assist with Commercial Range Hood Cleaning services for Commercial Clients Clean and Maintain Air Duct Cleaning Equipment and Vehicle Organize workspace and inventory of all HVAC and Air Duct Cleaning supplies and equipment Document Air Duct Cleaning jobs and Rangehood Cleanings per SERVPRO Standards for Photos, Reporting, and Authorization to perform services. Assist with performance of mitigation work as necessary as a secondary position when necessary Additional tasks as requested by employer. Customer Services. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality cleaning services and addressing any issues promptly. Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the cleaning process. Safety Follow jobsite safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
