Mobile Approved Electrician – 18th Edition | Glasgow or Edinburgh | Facilities & HVAC Maintenance We are hiring an experienced Approved Electrician with solid 18th Edition knowledge and background in HVAC and building services maintenance. If you’re confident in electrical testing, fault finding, and general facilities repairs, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: * Perform general electrical and HVAC plant maintenance across client sites * Handle repairs, replacements, rewires, and lighting system maintenance * Conduct electrical testing, fault finding, and ensure compliance with regulations * Assist with mechanical and plumbing maintenance when required * Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures * Keep site logbooks, permits, and paperwork updated and accurate * Work collaboratively as part of a mobile engineering team * Maintain a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction Requirements: * Approved Electrical Apprenticeship (Completed) * AM2 (England) or SVQ Level 3 (Scotland) final trade test * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Mandatory) * 2391-52 Testing & Inspection Certification (Preferred but not essential) * Strong experience with HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, and facilities engineering Benefits: * Immediate start available * Competitive salary regular overtime * Mobile role with company van, tools, uniform, and fuel card provided * Opportunities to work across a variety of commercial buildings * Supportive, professional team environment with long-term stability
