Welder – Temp to Perm Site-Based Role | Travel to Client Sites Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM £21.00 per hour Overtime at 1.5x Temp-to-perm opportunity with weekend work available Benefits * Competitive hourly rate – £21.00/hour * Overtime and weekend work paid at 1.5x * Temp-to-perm position with long-term potential * Variety of work across different client sites * On-the-job training for scissor lift operation * Gain valuable site experience in steel fitting and structural work Key Responsibilities * Travel to various client sites to install and fit steel structures * Carry out steel erecting, minor fabrication, and fencing repairs * Operate access equipment including scissor lifts and IPAF platforms * Work from drawings and plans as required * Support general fabrication duties and assist the wider site team as needed * Maintain a safe and professional approach while on site Requirements * Proven experience in fabrication or steel fitting * IPAF licence (essential) * Experience operating scissor lifts (desirable – training provided if needed) * CSCS card (beneficial but not essential) * Ability to work on various sites, including outdoor environments * Strong team player with a proactive and flexible approach Apply Today If you’re an experienced fabricator or steel fitter looking for a hands-on, mobile role with excellent pay and overtime opportunities, this is your chance to join a growing team with consistent work and long-term potential.
