Production Operatives

The Company: MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Seaham area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position of work. The Role: * Attending morning briefings with team leader / supervisors for daily production targets * Carrying out visual quality checks of products, reporting defects to team leaders / supervisor * Feeding machinery and overseeing the machine process * Basic setting of machinery, training will be given * Monitoring machinery to ensure they are running at optimum capacity * Strict adherence to health and safety regulations * General housekeeping duties and additional duties as and when required The Person: * Someone with a can-do attitude * Must be flexible to work overtime The Benefits: * Ongoing vacancy in a busy industry * Onsite parking * Overtime available * Opportunities to go permeant after 12 weeks The Hours: * 3 -shift system * 7:00am - 15:30pm / 15:30pm - 00:00am / 22:00pm - 7:00am The Pay: * £13.38 per hour across shifts
