Be part of the Modern ERP Program (S/4 HANA) transformation moving from ECC6 to S/4 HANA! About the RoleWe’re seeking a Principal Advisor Change Management – Procurement on a 12-month contract with possible extension based in Brisbane or Perth, to lead change initiatives across global operations. You’ll work closely with leaders and project teams to design and deliver strategies that engage employees, manage impacts, and drive adoption. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver change management plans for the Procurement workstream.Partner with leaders and stakeholders to embed new ways of working.Oversee engagement, communications, training, and risk management.Track progress and report outcomes to senior leadership. Skills & ExperienceStrong ERP Procurement knowledge (Source to Contract, Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoices, AP, Transport & Batch Management).Someone that has delivered an SAP transformation in procurement.Strong SAP implementation experience or strong ERP preferred.5 years’ change management or transformation experience.Exposure to large-scale, complex change programs (mining/global preferred).Change Management certification (Prosci/ACMP) desirable.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
