We’re growing and looking for a skilled Coffee Machine Technician to join our Perth-based team. If you're technically minded, customer-focused, and passionate about coffee, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing coffee machines across the Perth metro area. You’ll work with a wide range of premium machines, supported by a close-knit team of experienced technicians. The role is potentially based in our workshop, or out in the field with commercial customers (In which case, a company vehicle is available for use). Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair domestic and commercial coffee machines Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance Install equipment and provide client training and technical support Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Skills & Experience Experience servicing coffee machines or other small appliances appliances preferred Solid mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively WA driver’s licence (preferred) Right to work full time in Australia Interest in coffee is certainly a plus!
