The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience and overseeing all front-of-house operations to maintain smooth and professional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house team Maintain and uphold service excellence standards Professionally greet and engage with guests Address and resolve guest queries and complaints Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvements Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Requirements Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail Reliable transport and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Bachelors in hospitality or management (preferred) Benefits A supportive and professional work environment Competitive remuneration Opportunities for growth within the business
