Camp Manager – Luxury Safari / Hospitality Group A prestigious luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Camp Manager to oversee the operations of one of our exceptional properties. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, hands-on leader to ensure world-class guest experiences while managing all aspects of camp operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the camp, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and experience. Lead, motivate, and develop a team across multiple departments, including housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial performance of the camp. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Maintain relationships with guests, suppliers, and local communities. Assist in strategic planning, marketing, and operational improvements to enhance the camp’s reputation and profitability. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality management, preferably in luxury safari lodges or remote resorts. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple operational aspects simultaneously. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
