What you’ll be doing: Designing tailor-made itineraries including flights, transfers, and accommodation Engaging with prospective guests to convert enquiries into bookings Upselling and cross-selling experiences to enhance guest journeys Managing bookings accurately via Res Request, Tourplan, Safari Portal, and CRM systems Ensuring smooth financial management and timely payments Delivering exceptional guest service, handling enquiries and complaints professionally Contributing to departmental growth through proactive sales strategies Who they’re looking for: Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role with proven sales performance Strong knowledge of Southern & East Africa travel Hospitality/tourism background advantageous Proficient in MS Office, Tourplan, and Res Request Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Commercially savvy, target-driven, and detail-oriented Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work under pressure Education: Grade 12 essential, Diploma/Degree in Tourism or Hospitality advantageous Salary: Competitive, LIVE OUT
