REQUIREMENTS: Formal cheffing qualification with at least 3 years fine dining experience Skilled in Hot & Cold Sections with demonstrated strengths in plating Clean and sober habits are required as chefs are in front of guests at all times Dedicated and passionate about your culinary career and familiar with working hard and long hours
