Kitchen Manager | Riyadh | Famous Café We are seeking an experienced KITCHEN MANAGER to join a renowned café and all-day breakfast restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen team in one of the city’s most beloved dining destinations—known for its vibrant atmosphere, quality ingredients, and breakfast served with flair. Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 days off Accommodation: Not provided (relocation support available) As ideal candidate you will have: · Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume café or casual dining environment · Culinary diploma or professional chef certification preferred · Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse kitchen team · Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards · A passion for breakfast and brunch-style cuisine with a flair for presentation and consistency · Solid understanding of inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination · Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency · Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and maintenance routines Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff effectively A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Flexibility to adapt to evolving menus, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences Salary Package: · SAR 12 500 · Duty Meals · Medical insurance · Joining flights and visa sponsorship To apply for Kitchen Manager | Riyadh | Famous Cafe, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
