This award winning Top 10 Eat Out Restaurant is in search of a POLISHED, PROFESSIONAL and SKILLED Assistant Restaurant Manager to take on duties for combined SERVICE EXCELLENCE on the team with 6 front of house service assistants. The IDEAL candidate must have previous award-winning RESTAURANT Service AND PEOPLE Management experience as well as strong WINE, beverage, stock control. POS, BOH and general administration experience. This is a very small but high-pressured environment with extremely demanding guest expectations. ABOUT THE JOB: Work with daily bookings, invoices, emails and correspondence. Staff scheduling and meetings to discuss menu highlights, set up requirements and service standards. Highly proficient in Point of Sale and Back of House software as well as Excel, Word and Office. Proven success and abilities in planning, organising and staff management. Passion for FOOD and WINE pairing. Experience in procurement / sourcing and hiring of staff and equipment when needed. Good people skills, resourceful thinker & innovative worker ADDITIONAL INFO: Permanent appointment / position with highly attractive tips We require candidates that are HIGHLY ORGANIZED, DRIVEN and MOTIVATED. Bubbly and outgoing personality. Able to deal with the head chef and kitchen team and liaise with all staff.
