We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Operations Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background and working experience in other hotel departments to lead the guest experience across every touchpoint of this exceptional property. The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day running of all operational departments in the boutique hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, consistent service standards, and efficient use of resources. With a strong Food & Beverage background and working experience in other hotel departments this role focuses on elevating the dining and hospitality experience while maintaining high performance across Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa and Maintenance. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels, ensuring every guest is warmly welcomed and exceptionally cared for throughout their stay. This role oversees the day-to-day management of all operational departments, including Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, Spa, and Maintenance, ensuring a seamless guest experience, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to brand and service standards. With a strong foundation in Food & Beverage operations, the Operations Manager will play a key role in elevating the dining and overall hospitality experience, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-centric service. About the Role As Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations, orchestrating seamless collaboration between departments including Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, Spa, and Maintenance . Your leadership will shape the rhythm of service, ensuring each guest encounter reflects the estate’s commitment to excellence, warmth, and sophistication.
