Sales Executive - Moshi, Tanzania

Hotel based in Moshi, Tanzania is looking for an experienced Sales Executive . This is a full-time on-site role based in Moshi open to Tanzanian citizens only. The Sales Executive will be responsible for: Developing and implementing sales strategies Managing client relationships, identifying potential clients and generating leads. Track sales performance Prepare reports and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance promotional efforts. Handle customer inquiries and provide high-quality service to exceed guest expectations. Requirements: High school diploma Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or related field Hotel / Lodge Sales experience within Arusha or Moshi is essential Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
