About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious 5-star lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver world-class guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day lodge operations to the highest 5-star standards Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service Oversee F&B, housekeeping, front office, and guest relations Maintain strong guest engagement, ensuring personalised and memorable experiences Drive operational excellence, cost control, and revenue growth Ensure compliance with health, safety, and lodge standards Report directly to lodge ownership/management company Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a luxury 5-star lodge or hospitality environment Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Financial and administrative acumen Passion for guest delight and creating memorable experiences Ability to live on-site in a remote lodge environment Package: Competitive market-related salary Live-in accommodation and meals provided Additional benefits discussed during the interview process
