Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems (ISO/IATF/OEM) Manage subordinates performance and train/mentor staff Ensure all customer requirements are met Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions Manage customer complaints, quality KPIs, and department budget Conduct audits and support 8D closure Requirements: B-Tech in Quality Management or equivalent 10 years in automotive industry (preference for car-building experience) 5 years managing quality teams in complex automotive environments Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and core quality tools Computer literate (MS Office, Power BI, SAP R3)
