Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative professional to contribute to a high-standard dining experience at our resort. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet the resort’s standards. Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management to maintain efficiency. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with food regulations. Contribute to menu planning and innovation, ensuring fresh and exciting offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a kitchen team. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen management. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Relevant culinary qualification is advantageous.
