Night Auditor

Location: Franschhoek, Cape Town Overview Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and excellent guest service. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: · Overseeing front desk operations during night shifts · Processing and reconciling daily financial transactions · Preparing and distributing night audit reports · Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries · Monitoring hotel security and safety procedures · Assisting with reservations and guest requests · Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and data entry Requirements: · Previous experience in front office or accounting roles preferred · Strong numerical and analytical skills · Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities · Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office · Ability to work independently and remain attentive during night hours · High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
