This is a golden opportunity for a powerhouse pair passionate about wildlife, guest experience, and high-end hospitality to take the reins at an exclusive property. ️ *The Lodge Manager Will:* • Take full responsibility for lodge operations and standards • Host guests, site visits, and uphold the brand at all times • Lead and mentor departmental teams with regular performance check-ins • Innovate and align the lodge with evolving industry trends • Handle guest queries with professionalism and warmth • Drive staff development and implement training programmes *The Field Guide Will:* • Deliver top-tier game drives, bush walks, and educational talks • Ensure guest safety and compliance with FGASA and lodge standards • Maintain excellent weapon handling and emergency readiness • Contribute safari content to support lodge marketing and social media ✅ *What You’ll Need:* *Lodge Manager:* • 3 years in senior hospitality roles • Strong leadership, admin and communication skills • Proficient in MS Office and hospitality operations • Valid Code 08 licence and own vehicle *Field Guide:* • FGASA NQF4 Trails Guide • ARH, Rifle Proficiency, First Aid Level 1, Pr-DP • Experience guiding in luxury lodge environments *The Ideal Couple Will Be:* • Detail-driven and solution-focused • Calm under pressure, confident with guests • Energetic, proactive and team-oriented • Passionate about the bush and the guest journey *Ready to take on this incredible opportunity?
