✨ Lodge Manager – Luxury Safari Lodge ✨ Thabazimbi | R15,000 – R25,000 DOE (Negotiable) | Live-in Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a dynamic Lodge Manager to lead the team at a luxury safari lodge in Thabazimbi. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid hospitality background and a real passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in the African bush. What you’ll be doing: Oversee the smooth, day-to-day running of the lodge Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out Manage and motivate a small, dedicated team across all lodge departments Oversee front-of-house, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance standards Handle lodge administration, reporting, and stock control Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement effectively Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards What you’ll need: Hospitality degree or diploma (essential) Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a lodge environment Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities A professional, guest-focused approach with high attention to detail Sound knowledge of lodge operations and standards Who you are: A confident, organised and people-focused professional who thrives in a lodge environment.
