Employer Description Lovely 5 star game lodge in Madikwe Job Description Our client is looking for a strong Management Couple who will oversee the running of the lodge. This position is very guest focused and all focus will be on providing guests with an ultimate bush experience. Qualifications As per skills listed Skills At least 5 years’ experience in 5 STAR properties Own Transport Driver’s license a must Can manage a Team and their time Creative out of the box thinking – must be able to think on their feet Must able to work on their own, and not be monitored Outgoing personalities (must be able to entertain guest) Him: FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 will be preferred) – all guiding qualifications up to date and paid Full Trails (advantageous but not a must) First Aid Level 1 Strong Maintence Skills Strong Vehicle Maintenance Skills Strong Hosting Skills Fluent in English (spoken & written) Basic HR knowledge Her: Strong Hosting Skills All-rounder knowledge of all departments will be advantageous PAN Knowledge (a must) Computer Knowledge – MS Office Basic HR Knowledge Strong Admin Skills Fluent in English (spoken & written) Please note the lodge can accommodate a couple with children however no pets allowed. Salary/Package Negotiable depending on experience Benefits Accommodation Food Allowance (paid by the company) 6 weeks, 2 weeks 21 days Annual leave Uniform Provident Fund (after 3 months) 13 th Cheque (depending on Company yearly performance)
