Front of House Anchor | Luxury Game Lodge | Near Hoedspruit Location: Near Hoedspruit Salary: Negotiable, Dependent on Experience Accommodation: Live-In Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a well-rounded and experienced Front of House Anchor for a luxury game lodge situated near Hoedspruit. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a guest-facing position while managing administrative and operational responsibilities in a stunning safari setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee front of house operations, guest check-ins, and overall lodge activity Handle administration, accounts, and stock control duties Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards Support kitchen management and oversee menu execution Lead and manage a small housekeeping team, including HR tasks and scheduling Motivate and guide staff to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction Provide outstanding customer service and guest care throughout the stay Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in a Front of House role within a 4–5 star lodge or hotel Matric (Grade 12) qualification Computer literate with strong administrative skills Excellent sales and customer service abilities Experience in stock control across bar, food, and curio departments Strong organisational and leadership skills Valid driver’s licence Experience with Innkeeper or similar reservation systems is advantageous
