Reservationist

A boutique hotel in the vibrant suburbs of the city seeks an experienced Reservations to join a small team. Duties include but not limited to: Liaise with the Sales team Liaison between hotel and agents including OTA’s Monitor and update contracted rates in collaboration with the Revenue Team Maximising both occupancy and Average Daily Room rate Processing reservation requests – double checking reservations taken by the reception team Managing of guest profiles and the accuracy there-of All follow ups on provisional reservations and the conversion to confirmed bookings Ensure deposits and or prepayments are done Group bookings along with rooming lists Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/suppliers Assist with site inspections Willing to be flexible in terms of working hours Must have Hotel reservations experience.
