Project Manager Properties

PROJECT MANAGER Manage and coordinate property and development projects from planning to completion. Support the Portfolio Manager with scheduling reporting, and key portfolio activities. Represent the company in meetings and provide detailed project feedback. Oversee letting of vacant spaces and maintain strong tenant relationships. Coordinate building maintenance and ensure service providers deliver effectively. Contribute to valuations of new oppoortunities and annual portfolio valuations. Liaise with municipal officials on compliance and municipal services. Maintain accurate property documentation and reporting standards. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity and industry innovations. Requirements: Matric (grade 12) required Degree in Property studies / commercial field advantageous Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management, project management and development
