Reservations & Revenue Manager I Western Cape

is currently assisting a well-established luxury property in the Cape Winelands in sourcing an experienced . The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in 5-star hospitality, excellent team management skills, and a passion for delivering consistently high service standards throughout the guest booking journey. You’ll oversee the full reservations process from enquiry to confirmation, lead and support the team, manage bookings in Protel Air, maximize room revenue through strategic inventory management and collaboration with the Lodge Sales Manager and external stakeholders, handle VIP requests, and ensure clear communication across departments while maintaining high service standards. Requirements: ● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Reservations Manager role, ideally within a 5-star or luxury environment ● Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, or an equivalent qualification ● Proficient in Protel Air or similar hotel booking systems ● Knowledge of Revenue Management principles and systems ● Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail ● Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment ● Computer literate, particularly in MS Office and Excel ● Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required ● Must be well-presented & enthusiastic. ● Stable employment history and contactable references. ● It is essential that candidates reside in the Stellenbosch or surrounding area – On application – live out - Only open to South African citizens ➡️ PLEASE NOTE: Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
