PAUL RESTAURANT - V&A MELROSE ARCH, BRANCH - Is seeking dynamic and organized coffee artists to join our team as Baristas who have extensive knowledge about coffee and prepare, decorate and serve drinks to our customers. · Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages. · Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment · Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers · Servicing customers and taking orders · Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies · Requirements and Skills · Great communication skills · Matric Certificate · Certified South African ID/ Valid Passport and Permit · Previous experience as a Barista · A happy, friendly personality · Customer service skills and knowledge · High level of attention to detail · Good level of literacy and numeracy · Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge · Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes · Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work · Positive and approachable manner · Well desciplined, highly time conscious.
