Job Description
This small brigade of chefs jointly create an inspiring selection of beautifully plated top class fine dining dishes under an acclaimed Top 10 Eat Out Chef. ProStaffSelect are in search of a focused young chef who understands the dynamic of this level of cuisine and who's equally enthusiastic in producing dishes to this amazing standard. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 or 3 year recognized professional/classical/formal culinary qualification Minimum 2 years industry work experience within Fine Dining Environment Culinary strengths in Hot & Cold Kitchen with experience in plating of multiple components Must be adaptable to working off different menus on a weekly basis Effective communication skills and proficient in English & an outgoing personality Must be comfortable creating new dishes with SEVERAL detailed plating components and INNOVATIVE garnish ideas. Must demonstrate good planning skills, be well organized and work efficiently and hygienically. ADDITIONAL: Amazing working conditions with a highly passionate and skilled team. Opportunity to rotate within other restaurant kitchens / brigade teams within the group. High tips earned and shared will all on the team CDP's are responsible for managing their own sections and introducing weekly specials.
