✨ Camp Manager – Luxury Tented Camp ✨ Kruger National Park | R13,000 – R15,000 | Live-in Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Camp Manager to join a luxury tented camp inside the legendary Kruger National Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a love for the bush, and the ability to deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a remote, world-class setting. What you’ll be doing: Oversee smooth daily operations in partnership with lodge management Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, personal touch Manage logistics, facilities, and staff with precision and care Lead, train, and motivate your camp team to excellence Drive sales of beverages & handcrafted curios to enhance the guest journey Ensure compliance with SANParks regulations, health & safety, and eco-friendly practices Assist with budgeting, stock control, and accurate reporting What you’ll need: Minimum 3 years’ experience in camp or lodge management (essential) Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, with a calm, guest-focused approach Valid driver’s licence (off-road proficiency a plus) First aid knowledge & basic mechanical/electrical skills (advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent in English (other African or foreign languages a bonus!)
