Camp Manager – Luxury Safari Camp Thabazimbi | Salary Negotiable DOE | Live-In Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Camp Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a luxury safari camp, delivering exceptional guest experiences and inspiring a high-performing team. ✨ Key Responsibilities: Personally welcome guests & curate bespoke experiences Lead & motivate Guest Relations and Porters teams Manage rostering, leave, and operational systems (ResRequest & TallOrder) Oversee guest interactions, shop sales, and SOP compliance Act as Lodge Manager’s second-in-command & Manager on Duty ✨ We’re looking for someone with: ✔ 3–5 years’ experience in luxury lodges, boutique hotels, or 5-star hospitality ✔ Proven track record in front-of-house operations & guest services ✔ Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills ✔ Ability to anticipate guest needs & deliver world-class service ✔ Confident in decision-making, problem-solving & team mentoring
