is partnering with an On-line travel Agency specializing in high-end African safari travel to recruit a dynamic The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in travel operations. As a Sales Assistant, you'll support the Sales and Admin teams by managing supplier confirmations, building itineraries, and keeping booking details accurate in our system. Your role ensures smooth handling of confirmed bookings, allowing sales consultants to focus on client relationships. This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates located in Cape Town. Applicants must have access to reliable Wi-Fi and their own laptop. Requirements · At least 5 years of experience in sales & admin, preferably in the travel industry with a focus on African safari travel. · Must be able to coordinate between Sales and Admin teams to ensure smooth travel operations · Manage supplier communications and confirm travel bookings · Build, edit, and finalise detailed travel itineraries for clients · Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded in the Travlyst system · Track and follow up on outstanding confirmations and documentation · Maintain up-to-date records of all confirmed bookings and client information · Support sales consultants by handling operational logistics · Identify and resolve any booking or itinerary issues proactively · Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve processes · Deliver high-quality service with attention to detail and efficiency · Sound employment history with contactable references Start - ASAP Salary –$2000 gross ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications, we will only reply to those candidates who have the experience required.
